studio guidelines

Please read our class descriptions, no-show, cancellation policy, and studio etiquette guidelines before taking class.

No-Show Policy

Signing up and not showing up to class will result in a $5 automatic charge to the card on file to those with an unlimited membership and the loss of a pass to those who have class passes or drop-in.

Late Policy

We lock our doors as listed on our schedule! We cannot guarantee that we can open the doors if you arrive late to the start time of class. If you give us a call with the anticipation of being late, we will wait for you no longer than 5 minutes if we have the staff time during class to do so. Otherwise, if you are late to class, it will be considered a no-show. Out of kindness and respect for others practicing, please do not knock on the doors if they are locked.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 20-minutes or later before the start time of class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $5 after your 2nd offense within one month. If you take yourself out of class earlier than 20 minutes before class time, you will not be penalized.

Age Limit Policy

Children under 16 are not permitted to attend classes. Participants aged 16-17 must have our waiver signed by their parent/guardian.

Studio Etiquette Guidelines

  1. Double check that you've signed up before arriving! Some of our classes reach full capacity weekly and we want to make sure each of you have a spot when you get to the studio.

  2. If you are on the waitlist, please kindly wait in the lobby until class time. At the start time of class, we give any open spots to those on the waitlist. If you arrive late to a full class and you did pre-register, it is our priority to give open spots to those on the waitlist. We love you and do the best we can for everyone!

  3. When you arrive, tell the front desk staff your full name. Sometimes we don't see you come in if you don't visit the front desk! We would hate for you to receive a no-show charge if you are there.

  4. Please keep your cell phone outside of the practice room and put it on silent in the cubbies. Trust me, we know. It can be a challenge to detach from the outside world but we promise you that overtime you will thank yourself. This will also keep the space sacred for all students practicing. If you absolutely MUST bring your cell phone into the room for a rare occasion, tell someone on the team. We even want to encourage you to turn your smart watches to do-not-disturb. Please do not text, take photos or videos during class. If you need to use your phone, please leave the room.

  5. Wait to share your experiences with your friends until after class. We **LOVE** more than anything that you are with your friends and are having an amazing time. To maintain an environment where anyone in the room can move through any kind of experience, it's important to keep distractions at a minimum. Please do not speak excessively to those next to you. Again, the practice room is a sacred spot where we want everyone to feel at ease to practice.

  6. If you're renting a mat, please use the spray and towels provided at the back of the room to clean your mat.

  7. If you leave the room while class is in session, please do not speak loudly in the lobby, bathroom, or hallway. Sound travels in our building! We want to respect your conversations by not hearing them accidentally. We also want to keep the distractions at a minimum while class is in session.
